Well, the 93 Idles really high (around 1100rpm), so I preformed the base idle reset, and I discovered some things. Even if I remove the idle screw completely, the idle will not drop below 1krpm, even after 5 hours off the battery it still does this. Also if I move the idle screw out to drop it to the 1krpm mark, the throttle blade sticks, it sticks so hard that I have to kick the pedal to free it, I can't find any burr's on the throttle blade, what else could cause that? I lubed the return spring and cleaned the throttle body, no marked improvement.
