Default OVER HEATING

ok guys, my car is overheating... when i start it and i leave it idleing it warms up to 180 and the fan kicks on and stays there.... its when i get on it that the car then heats up to 250 and wont come down... when i park it and check the radiator, its EMPTY!!! THIS only happens when i get on it... if its at idle it wont heat up.... HELP!

you need to figure out where your coolant leak is first. its because you're causing the engine to heat up faster than the factory fan can compensate for especially with no coolant in the system.
