Default 5.0 engine instalation?

wats up.. i am about to take the 3.8 out of my 95' stang and drop a 5.0 in. just wondering if any body can give me so tips or hints on it and tell me how easy its really gonna be.

Shouldnt be too hard..ive never done it so i dont know for sure. You better have a complete engine though..because the alternator etc from that 6cyl wont bolt right up to the 8

nope... brackets dont bolt up. but... jegs has a nice little deal on brackets... clear powdercoated aluminum alt bracket and power steering bracket for 111$ each. also need 5.0 computer crap. unless ur carbed like me. also... 5.0 motor mounts... thats about it. everything will work. tranny... rear end... radiator... fan... but... tranny and rear end wont last under abuse. be very nice to your 3.8 drivetrain or you will be pushin ur car home.
