Default Help on ABS light after putting heavier rims

I just recently put some heavier rims cause they look really awesome on my stang, so the ABS light came on, what can I do to get this corrected, or do I have to take it to a pro? And why you ask I put heavier rims, because they are 20" chrome and sexy, and got for free.

I doubt it is because you have a heavier rim. What size tires are you running now? Usually the thing that effects the ABS is using a taller tire than stock. Stock is only a 26 inch tall tire, if you use a taller one that will cause the abs light to come on.

I went from 17" to 20" and thats the reason why the light comes on is it's taller, so is there a way to fix it?

run a lower profile tire to get close to the old wheel/tire diameter.

if you are running a different diameter tire up front vs rear wheels speed in the front will be different vs rear and thus potentially trigger abs light.

Well, I do have the 17 on front for now till I get new tires, and the 20 on back. So if I went 20 all around it will be better then?

equal diameter up front vs rear is what your after so rotational speed of front vs rear is equal
