What are these lines I broke (pic inside)?

Those are the air diverter valves for the smog pump to direct air to the heads or the cats. Just get some small rubber hose that will slide snugly over the plastic tubing and reconnect them. Cheap and painless fix. You have them, won't hurt anything to have them working.

Those are NOT heater core valves.

I would also read around a bit more before removing smog system, i have read good and bad such as clogged cats and no real increase in performance.

just plug or remove the lines and cap em and take the smog pump off it doesnt do u any good. youll need a shorter belt though

well you wont feel it in the seat of the pants but it will free up a couple ponies.. and who runs cats anymore?!? lol

as for un installing it. basically just remove everything and plug the tube that goes to the h-pipe and then plug the back of the heads where the thermactor tube attaches. or just find a way to plug that tube itself. then just remove the vac line from the egr but leave it plugged in. the hard black and white vac lines in that little connector deal you can just pull out
