Ok so heres my problem. My mustang has all accessories except the AC. I moved up the power steering to were the AC was. I have installed a V-3 supercharger and now I'm having a major time trying to get a (any) belt to fit right, plus my idler tension pulley hits my water pump pulley. I have purchased about 2 diff. belt and in diff routes but still not luck. After calling Vortech all they said was that if I had a AC pulley on there then the belt would fit. no help at all. I have posted this problem on another forum and I did receive some good ideas, but non of them seem to work. all the vortech owners please guide me to a happy place.

you either need to reclock you tensioner or go to a turnbuckle style tensioner

have you tried to take a wire and run it around the pulleys like the belt would run and then measure it?

this is one of the many reasons i gave up on sc, the belt routing was a pain in the a$$
