What would you get X or H pipe???

and why would you get that as opposed to the other???

the x pipe has a more distinctive sound compared to the h pipe and most x pipes give more power than the h pipe.

this site you can get either for fairly cheap. I live in San Diego and they said if I drove up to the shop they would give me the x pipe with cats for 300 no tax. If you live somewhere else, i think they have a couple other shops around the US.

I like the H pipes because they have a bit raspier sound to them.

Yes, up high. H-pipe gives it down low. Either way the difference is so small it doesnt really matter unless your running 600+ HP. I'd just get the mid-pipe that I think sounds better. For me it was the H. If I had a 4.6 I would go X.
