Switching From Fuel Inj. to Carb
So this is going to sound stupid but how hard is this to do to switch from fuel injected to carberator? Ive always had and grown up with fuel injected cars so I know nothing about carberators. Rebuilding my dads 87 and one of the chores is a new engine. Wanting to try to get him talked into a 351W and they recommend a carberator. I dont have a problem going carb just wondering how hard it'd be to convert.

that intake is for the 5.0. try this one...http://www.trickflow.com/egnsearch.a...0&autoview=sku
or you could always use the GT-40 intake from a Gen. 1 Lightning truck.
most companies make fuelie intakes for the Windsor.

going carb will consist of installing a whole new fuel system, and whole new ignition system, Not to mention the carb and manifold itself.
People think swapping to carbs is SOOOO much cheaper. but in the end, it all evens out.
stick to EFI
