Default Im sooo P*ssed off!!

I know this has been beat to death but I need to vent.

Im getting severe vibration at 60 mph in no matter what gear im in, although its a lil better in fifth. So I was told maby bad U joints, so then I grabed some U joints and slaped them on and nothing, Then I was told tranny mount so then I bought the mount and still vibration I just spent the whole day under the car expecting the of having the joy of test driving the car with no vibration but NOOO wrong still vibrates!

Im getting so frustrated I want my car to be good for school cuz ill be on freeway everyday and I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.
What do you guys think? What else can I do.
I think I may just have to buy a new driveshaft and fork over 200 bucks. Damn I hate my luck.

if you have a drive shaft shop by you see if they will check ot see if it is out of balance before you go and buy a new driveshaft. Also when was the last time you had your wheels balanced?

Yeah, bro, I was in the never ending battle you are in too. I finally just gave in and bought the damn drive shaft. It put the vibration to a minimum. I understand how you feel dude. I'd say just do it and get it over with. But then again, if it's not the answer to your problem, then I have no idea what else you could do.

My wheels were balanced when I got my rims like 11 months ago.

How much did you pay for your driveshaft? The driveshaft is the only possible thing that can cause it to vibrate I think. If I take it to a shop will they be able to balance it for me?

Like 11 months ago is a long time. I would spend the $20 and see if the tires need bablanced again before spending $200 on a driveshaft that you may not need.

Check for bubbles on the tires. Could be any one of them. The worse the vibration...the worse the bubble.

i would check for worn bushings in the rear end, control arms. with worn parts you could possibly see vibration

I think I paid a little over $200 for my driveshaft. If it is the DS, I would say to just get it instead of spending money on straightening the old one. You'll lose weight at the same time too.
