Question to you fox vert owners....
Here is my vert
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5..._1907622_n.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5..._4883298_n.jpg Ive owned this car for over a year now. Is it just me or should the top go down more? This is as far as it goes...i bought a boot to cover it, but it wont fit cause it seems the top should go down further. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you Adam |
I have a 93 and the top goes down further.. I believe the 91-93's have what they call a lower stack height...
Not sure why your boot doesn't fit... Are you sure it's for an '88 ?? Maybe there's an adjustment?? Joe |
Thanks. I got a boot for an 1989 Vert GT, which is mine. I got it from Late Model Restoration..which has NEVER done me wrong before.
Thanks again |
I don't even own a boot for mine, as much as I put my top up and down each time I park it it 'd just be a hassle for me...lol Boot ftl!!!!!!!!

I have an 88 and that appears to be as far as my top goes down. Nice vert though

How much do you lack getting it to fit? Maybe try sitting the boot in the sun for 30 mins or so to let it loosen up, then try putting it on. A lot of times new vinyl fabrics need heat to become more stretchy.
