Big Ole Gas Leak

Big Ole Gas Leak
Alright folks, for a week my car has had a small tinge of gassy smell. I checked up under neath, and it didn't look to bad. ( no obvious sources ) My dads gone for a few days for work so we figured it would be ok to leave for a bit, until he returns.
I went and filled up today ( $50 worth of gas ) i walked in to pay, came back, looked at the back of my car and a good gallon and a half of gas was on the dam pavement. It was just pouring out the back.
Anyway, i found where the leak is, and i want to know if i need to replace the seal, or the tank. It is leaking in the very bottom.
Its a healthy hole, i rocked the car to get the gas back to that level, and it just poured out.
I'd like to order the part ( either seal or tank ) and have it delivered before my dad gets back so we can fix it asap. Kinda a fire hazzard.
I look forward to your replies.
Also, if i can just buy the seal that goes around the fill tube, does anyone have any idea where to get it? The rust around it looks bad in this picture, but the rest of the tank is in ok condition.

I would at least try to replace the seal first. I had that happen on me on my 83 when I first filled it completely up. Now I have to replace the sending unit seal (and pump seal just for GP) since the tank is on the 93.
Screw it. just to be safe lol

Same thing happened to me just 2 weeks ago. Filled up at the pump and and noticed gas was splashing my feet. I ordered mine from latemodelrestoration.com I checked around and no local shops stocked them. Was simple to replace just drop the tank.
