Default 302 Build Help

So I'm a high school student going into grade 12, in mechanics this year we're rebuilding engines, I bought a 89 mustang from my uncle which I plan to reuild this year, I have a budget of about $4000, the only problem is I don't know what to do with this opportunity, so I was wondering if anyone could share there experiences, of what they did or what they would do, and what it would cost. Thank you very much in advance I really need help.

PS: Im not so much worried about anything outside the motor, I'm planing on taking care of that down the road

not even, that'll barely get a decent h/c/i covered, and after that, your left with no budget for supporting mods

TW 190 FAC heads
1 3/4 x 3" LT's
box style upper intake or carb single plane set up for EFI w/ top hat
90mm tb
90+ MAF
custom billet cam
link bar lifters
gold 7/16th RR's

there...money spent. but you have no supporting mods, you'd need bigger fuel pump, bigger injectors and a tune or a tuning system like a moats quarter horse
