Default Cooling

Lately my car has been running hotter than normal. It is a 308, so I figure it would run hotter than stock, but it used to be run perfectly normal. Noticed the problem after I had popped a waterpump gasket awhile back.
It doesnt cool below the "N" on normal (sorry i havent upgraded gauges to get a real number) Driving or idleing. Even if I drive it hard it doesnt get hotter than that, but I do feel the powerloss from the heat.
It has bigger than stock non-aluminum radiatior, with an electric fan which pretty much contiuously runs after warming up.
Re-installed AC and now it doesnt matter the time of day or outside temp.

The water pump is from autozone. The summit highflow I had failed. Its a 2 core 1.5in thick. Today I checked for flow and its definitely pumping water. I guess maybe its either time to flush it or buy a nice aluminum. Oh and i want to say I got a 180degree.
