T-5 Transmission grinding...
 

I have a 1992 Mustang 5.0. While traveling down the interstate the car made a grinding noise and lost all acceleration! I thought it was the clutch but after removing the transmission yesterday I noticed the transmission is making the noise when I turn it with my hand. Any idea what this could be? I was really hoping it was just the clutch but I am pretty sure its more! Thanks for any input!

you'll have to open the tranny up and look, no if ands or buts......could be a bearing, broken teeth ect ect.........
