Default Idler Pulley Replacement
The Idler Pulley/tensioner is in a vice right now. I'm trying to transfer the old pulley onto the new tensioner. The new one came with some BS plastic pulley that squeals....

I can't get this thing off - it's so tight - even with a vice and an impact gun - it won't come off.

help...

Are you turning tensioner pulley nut counter-clockwise?

Theres your problem. That bolt is left hand thread.
