What kind of rocker is this?

All I know it's a Harland Sharp, but it has no identifications on it to tell me if it's 3/8 or 7/16, how it's mounted (I have no knowledge of rockers yet), and what ratio it is. Can someone help?

did you remove these from ur heads ? show a pic of the bottom

there is no way to tell ratio except from a stamping or part number

looks like 3/8 stud...slide a 3/8 bolt through it to verify
