Recently I've been having issues with my car shutting off after I get gas. I just replaced the fuel pump and the gasket on the fill neck because it was pretty torn up but I can't figure out what the problem could be. I can hear the fuel pump kick on but its really loud and then about 5min down the road after getting gas the car shuts off and wont start again for a while. I've tried filling the tank and just putting a couple dollars in and no matter what it always shuts off while I'm driving it. Any suggestions??

try the fuel pressure regulator man. sounds to me like it mite be sending too much gas to the motor and it floods itself out. If the regulator is bad it will either give too much gas or starve it of gas. best of luck!!!

Sounds like you've got a bad pump. Try jumping it on, and run it that way. See if you can drive it any farther. If not. Replace the pump again.
