Default Fuel Pump Won't Shut Off

Simply put, fuel pump wont turn off. Doesn't matter if i have the key in or out, the only way to get it to go off is to disconnect the battery. It just randomly starting doing this one day, sometimes it will turn off like its supposed to when I shut off the car, most of the time its not going to. The fuel pump will prime when i turn on the ignition, and then sometimes it just won't stop priming. I'm lost for words and I have no idea what is going on. Anything to help out would be nice. Thanks!
