Take belt off and check for acceessory that does not want to turn. Turn compressor with clutch engaged. Do not use bolt in front..likely to ring off shaft.

Okay, so the belt is turning but the circle that has the triangle like studs wont turn. It is trying to but won't. I tried to take the belt off but it got too dark. Also, when you say don't turn from the front, do you mean the area where the triangle like tri studs are?

And also, do this all with the clutch pushed in?

Also, the bolt in the middle of the clutch or compressor is very tight in there. Should it be like that? It seems like that is what is keeping it from turning...

Just an observation.

Bolt in center is on at like 8-12 ft lbs trying to turn will result in broken shaft...compressor ruined. Get clutch energized((so it closes) now try turn the compressor where belt runs. Does not move, compressor is seized..usually lack of oil. Compressor seized will cause belt screech.
