Default No brakes

Recently I purchased a 92 GT with a 408 stroker. I noticed a loose hose from the fuel pressure regulator and connected back to the vacuum T on the firewall. Will doing that I noticed that there was also a small fuel line connected to the T as well that I would assume is going to the fuel pressure gauge. Seemed odd but that was the way it was hooked up. After doing that I went to start it and found that the brake pedal would not depress at all and I was hearing a hiss noise under the dash. Now im wondering if the fuel regulator hose and the tiny fuel line hose from the pressure gauge should not be hooked up to the vacuum T? I also suspect the brake booster but am just checking to get some ideas before I get the brake booster replaced. Any help or ideas?

If you are hearing a hiss inside the car i would have to say the booster is leaking ...the fuel pressure reg vac line should be ok the vac line to the gauge is a little confusing
