Do you need a fender solenoid with mini starter?
Like title says I am cleaning up (hiding) my wiring. My "stock" starter is currently working but I would like to get rid of my fender solenoid. I have be searching and mostly everyone is using 2 solenoids. Can I get rid of my fender one and just leave the one on the starter? I am thinking of buying a 95 ministarter but if I have to leave mine there I rather buy the alt instead. Still plan on doing the 3g conversion just thought I could do that later on. Any help is appreciated.

If you elect to get rid of the fender solenoid, you will have to lengthen and run all of the accessory and main power wires to the starter or battery. Everything in the car receives its 12v/14v inputs from the fender solenoid, and if you remove it, you'll have to move that mass of wires somewhere else to receive the power.
If you elect to keep it and hide it, you will need to run a wire from the switched side of the fender solenoid, to the trigger wire terminal on the new starter solenoid, and you will need to give it a dedicated power feed as well.
