ignition sticking

Default ignition sticking
every once in a while when I go to start my car, the ignition is either hard to turn or gets stuck. It takes a great deal of force to turn it either direction. What can I do about this?

Have you tried a little WD-40 in the lock cylinder?

Mine had a problem like that but wouldn't go into Accessory position at all.Sprayed a little WD-40 and works like a charm now.
