Default Bought Kenne Bell 1.5l now what about fuel?

I just picked up a Kenne Bell 1.5l cheap for my 94 Cobra. Now the question is will my fuel system be able to give it enough fuel? I'm pretty sure 94-95 Cobra's came with 24lb injectors, but what about my fuel pump? I only want to run >8lbs on the stock block. If i go to 30lb injectors, then i will need to get a recalibrated maf. What all do i need for this?
One more question, What type of belt do I need for it?

I suggest you get a tune, injectors and pump or run the fmu. I tried the pmas precal meter and it detonated like crazy.

What pound injectors? What size fuel pump?
Im running into another problem, It's for the stock intake, but my cobra's lower is a GT-40. I heard there is some kind of adapter? I don't really want to get a stock intake to put it on there.

42# injectors just to be safe, KB makes a Flowzilla intake for the GT40 lower, 255lph pump, you could always get a stock lower and get it ported by TMOSS, you'd never know the difference...

get a Pro M MAF for the 42#'s and you'll need a tune anyways.

i see no issue with 8lbs as long as the engine's in good shape...

thank you! The guy i bought it from said that he knows a guy that has a stock intake thats ported for 60bucks, I think that's my best route.

It should be ok, it only has 85,xxx miles on it, runs like a champ.

Plus, I need to find abelt.

an intake will be the cheapest route by far.

If you don't mind me asking, which size pulley is on the kb now?

and yeah, go ahead with the 42s. Mine is at 390 at the wheels with a 6lb pulley and meth. It wasn't done yet. The last degree of timing we made a pull with put out an extra 13 hp than the pull before. He stuck me an extra degree in there just to play with. If it kept going like it did before, that is 400 at the wheels around 5100 rpm. I imagine the torque is enough to jerk a wheel up if the car would hook and of course a hard launch from the 5speed.

It's the 2 1/2, so with my Cobra pully it will make 5lbs with that combo.

Im not really expecting that much out of it, Maybe less than 350 probably more like 330. to the wheels. I just have basic bolt ons, CAI, TB, LT headers, O/R x pipe, 3.73 gears.

lol, I was expecting that too.

my enigne has a stock cam with cobra roller rockers. It is a 99 mountaineer engine. No cold air intake, no porting and it even has 2-1/4" tailpipes welded to a 2-1/2" exhaust. With 19 degrees of timing and no meth, it put down 377hp and 480lbs of torque.

I have been looking at it and can only figure the lighter pistons are making the difference compared to other cars on youtube. My tuner didn't think it had it either compared to the other cars he had done.

damn, That's a pretty intense number. I didn't even know they had 5.0's in 99. lol What should I expect for a KB on a 94 Cobra?

yeah, they quit using the 5.0 in 01 models. Those are the last generation of 5.0 motors that used the p heads.

As far as what to expect, I don't know what to tell you. The day we did the dyno it was very cool outside. The dyno sheet says 70 and 72 on the last pull but, my friend that went with me was wearing a jacket. The kb motors will tune up as the air gets colder so, time of the year of the tune can make a big difference if it is in an open shop.
