oil pressure question

oil pressure question
Before I changed my spark plugs today, my oil pressure was really low. When I got done with the plugs my pressure was looked really good. Now, I was under the impression that the electrical and the oil system were to different parts? If anyone know what the reason is for this please explain. Thank you.

was the motor cold after you put the plugs in?? if so then this is why the pressure was higher afterwards, if it was warm before and after, or cold before and after then you got a sending unit bad, or the gauge itself. changing the plugs simply cant change the oil pressure.
