Default Common fuel/vaccum Problem .???

I bought a 95 gt from a lady that had it sitting for 2 years.
Did a tune up on it (plugs, wires, cap/rotor, fuel filter).

Passs 4000rpm it revs very difficult and it restrict POWER>
I tried putting some fuel injector cleaner the other day at half tank. It made it run GREAT. Now , it's back to the way it used to

I'm debating either a bad fuel pump or injectors. The fuel pump doesn't make noise.

Also , I get about 250miles out of a full tank of 91 OCTANE . Is that normal???

1995 gt with intake +exhaust .
I did a search but nobody ever followed thru with the diagonosis.

On my 94GT when she was stock she was averaging about 250-280 mp/tank on unleaded (89octane), 89 should be good for your car.

I tried cleaning the Throttle body today . Doesn't seem to help.
Could a bad throttle body be the problem ?
