Default Best bang for dollar performance? (not just hp)

Hey I was wondering if anyone could give me a couple suggestions on something to put on a 1994 Cobra 5 speed, im looking for performance in general it doesn't have to be a HP gain. your car is only as good as your weakest part everyone should know that. Thanks for any reply's or insults

U/L CAs are good bang for the buck
gears are good
shocks/struts

in my book any supsension part is worth it

UL CAs are??? And I believe the guy that had it before me put the 3.73 in it already, shifts are quick but not quick enough to be the 4.10's I think, haven't gotten a chance yet to run right next to my friend that has a 94 GT with his 3.73's. Thanks for the suggestions

3.73's woke my car up, as did the full exhaust. Basically after that IMO its up to the power adders.

Which one would make more of a difference all around? Drag shocks and struts or control arms?

control arms cause the car will handle alot better, where drag shocks are mostly for striaght line
