high idle
I had a hunting idle & I cleaned the IAC it shot up to 2500 I lowered the fast ilde screw under the tb but can not get it lower then 1500 where else can you controll the idle

I've read on this site that the salt & pepper connectors can get dirty and cause screwy things with idling. However, I wonder if you have a vacuum leak. Have you checked all your hoses and connections and intake gasket?
