I put an intake on my89 HO that had a circled 85 on it. My intake I messed up and took off had a circled 89 on it. the part numbers on the intake are the same but the injectors di not quite fit in there snug. Is this intake compatible because my car is now running really hot and rough idling.

I don't even think that 85 had F.I,so how could it have been a intake off a 85 car,unless you carbed it or you had a 86 intake is about the only way and the both should be about the same.
