The same way you would when you bleed the system of air. It will take 2 people. I just did this recently on my wifes 02 Sentra with her helping. Theres also tools out there to aid in power bleeding the brakes. Just do some research.

All this is on the understanding of reading your first sentance stating you can do brakes... Bleeding is part of a brake job so im ASSuming you know how to do that correctly....

As for the lines, you can buy pre-bent ones from places like Mustangs Unlimited, or, go to an autoparts store and prebend your own. Fairly simple process.

If your still stuck, PM me and ill take the time out to do a write up for you if you cant find anything from searching Google and so forth.

while your doing all that, for a cheap upgrade, i'd try to find the front brakes off an 87-93 stang, they are larger than the 86 brakes, so you'll have a bit more stopping power. and you can still retain your 4 lug wheels make sure its a v8 though, cuz the 4 cyl stangs have the same, smaller brakes your car has

Fresh fluid is pretty important. Use a turkey baster to suck all the fluid out of the MC. Then refill with fresh.

When you bleed the brakes, it's easiest to have two poeple. One to pump up and hold, and another to open the bleed port. I use Russell speed bleeders, and they are really nice. But if you're only going to do the job once, probably not worth the money.

You can also pump up the brakes, and then wedge a 2x4 between the brake pedal and the seat to hold the pedal down.
