LOPEY IDLE.......HELP !!!

LOPEY IDLE.......HELP !!!
Hey gang, 75% of the time after I start my 87 5.0 the idle lopes from 800 to 450 for a minute and then smooths to 650. I am fairly new to my car and dont know where to start. Already tuned it..no change. Anyone have any ideas.

You probly have to set your idle. When the car is warmed up go and unplug the IAC, now that the IAC is inopertive set the idle to around 800 RPM's using the screw under the TB. Then turn the engine off and set your tps. After that's done unhook your batt for 30 mins. And your done!
