Anyone from Florida in need of an AOD??
Hey guys, anyone from Florida interested in buying an automatic transmission? As some of you may know, I just recently converted my automatic into a manual, so I have the AOD and all the other parts just sitting here at my house, and I need to get rid of it.
I want to sell it by pick-up only, no shipping, because building a crate for it will be a major pain.
The transmission is in good condition, the case is not damaged or anything, but it does need to be rebuilt. Rebuilding transmissions is actually not expensive, a high performance rebuild kit will probably cost you around $100. Mainly, it's just some valves or seals in the valvebody that is bad, the gears should be perfect.
I have the transmission, dip stick & tube, inspection plate, index plate, shifter, AOD pedal assembly, AOD crossmember, flywheel, and probably more AOD related things sitting here doing nothing. Make me an offer and you could have everything. If you just need a new transmission because yours is broken, or if you're intending on converting a manual into an automatic, I basically have everything you would need to get that job done.

Also, if anyone knows of a good online classified site that allows viewers to search by part and location, kind of like autotrader's system with cars, please let me know, so I can stop trying to advertise on these forums...
