Default 4 cylinder brake setup

i know everyone dont like all the brake questions but i have tryed searching. i just need to know if you can put mark vii rotors or 01 mustang v6 rotors on 4 cyl spindles? i have a chance to get either or for cheap prices. i can also get the spindles from either car. i just didnt know if there is a difference between the mustang 4cyl and 8cyl spindles. my car is an 1989 4cyl to 8cyl.

I think I have seen people talk about them working if they do where are you located i can get you any of the mark vii parts you need to do it, including the 8.8 disc rear end with trac loc.

no you can't, mark vii rotors use 5.0 spindles and 94+ is a different setup entirely when it comes to rotors.

Go with the 94+ for a 5 lug swap

You also can not mix Mark VII/SVO front brakes with SN stuff...

read thru the tech articles and find the 5 lug stuff

If you wanna stick with 4cly brakes for now and still want 5 lug use ranger rotors. But youll only have certain options for rims. I currently still have 4 cyl stuff up front using ranger rotors, but I run rims that allow me to.But as my car is getting quicker,I have V8 spindles sitting in the garage, just need calipers and am gonna run the Mark VII rotors.
