Default Having difficulty running KOER self-test

I've jumped the connectors accordingly and have successfully ran a KOEO test. But I've ran my car for 10 minutes and nothing has happened. Tried this twice so far. Gas pedal was not touched on both attempts. What's going on here?

Warm up engine, keep clutch depressed throughout test or you will get a 67. Start engine enter test. Should flash 4 times(8cylinder ID)Eventually will get 1 flash brief wot(mash gas briefly wide open throttle) codes will repeat themselves twice. At end of that goose (1/3 throttle.) Computer will start cutting off injectors one at a time, flash 1-8 means that cylinder is not contributing, Flashes 9 pass, goose throttle again wait for results goose a third time wait for results(this was the cylinder balance test) After doing koeo test you can't just start engine and enter koer test. Turn ignition off wait for a minute then enter koer test

81-85 koeo deal with thermactor system is it still there and hooked up? 34 koem is evp (sensor on top of egr) is it there? koem 91 lean O2 reading in memory.Fix koeo first, then koer next,(cylinder balance can help pinpoint a missing cylinder) lastly fix the koem codes.
