I want to get some of those white ones, are they hard to install? also i would like to add the blue lights behind them. what do you guys think of them, im guessing they are easy to install?, and where can i buy them?

So you want a white gauge face and the blue illumination behind it at night? You don't need the bulbs, go on Ebay, there are millions of gauge faces in there that will give you exactly what you are lookin for.
