A/C leaking water on floor. Also leaks more when it rains.

A/C leaking water on floor. Also leaks more when it rains.
Where is all this water coming from? Man this is a real pain~!
When I run the A/C the water from the evaporator runs out on both the Drives and Passenger side. When it rains real hard it is even has more water and actually has come out of the vents directly above the console. I have used air to blow out the evap tube but it did not help. The Ford Dealership hear in town has not a clue~! Any help? Cowl seal on the rain issue?

The drain tube is clogged for the water to drain from the heater box.There should be a tube coming out on the pasenger side undercarrige that is plugged up,you can stick something narrow up the tube to knock out what ever is in there and you should be allset
