That's right.

Hooked that bad boy up and BAM!

Car running with vacuum hooked up to fuel regulator I got 25-psi.

Unplugged the vacuum and I got 34-psi.

Now isn't that lovely?

Sounds like a fuel filter and fuel pump replacement....you have been having issues I presume?

Having no "real" problems at all actually. Besides running on the lean side. Car starts right up and drives right off.

I just figured I'd check it out. The PO said a hi-volume pump was installed but, lol.

Same pressure as a aftermarket pump puts out. Aftermarket fuel pumps flow more per hour, not more pressure. As adder said, try the regulator first.

I would also check the little "s" shape hose in the fuel pump, before i replaced mine, i was leaking from there.
