for your otherwise stock motor, 24's are a waste, but if you plan to use them, you need a maf "calibrated" for such, 255 lph if replacing pump

again 24's are too big for your heads, GT intake??? No such thing....You might be able to get away without a fan but don't be stupid and risk it.... You can put a 4 core in there but you wil probably have to use the mounts a little differently.

sorry for the mistype. its a gt40 intake. bought it from my buddy.

im new to the gas world. used to diesels.

So the 255 would be the way to go? ill look at them and price them out. Also, im not understanding why the 24's are too big? is it bc they require more fuel and the head can only use so much aka stock amounts? so for the 24's i should get heads too? all new to me still learing.

the radiator is a 4 core. im going to run the fan just not the shroud i guess.

still very new to this thanks for the help and keep the knowledge coming!=)

The stock 19lb injectors will work for you just fine. You can also run GT40 heads with the stock 19lb injectors but if you do get a set of GT40's to match your intake and cam you might as well keep the 24's so you have room to grow later like already said^

Great thing about the fox fuel system is that it is a return style so you can't exactly go too big because the excess just goes back into the tank.

I'm still on my stock replacement radiator and my motor run's much much harder and hotter then yours. so no. don't get the radiator.

I would recommend a Mark VIII fan from a junk yard (I got mine on ebay for $75 shipped to my door) and a "DCC" controler for the fan.

this fan will overcome almost any overheating issue due to a weak cooling system, and it also give's you a little power over the stock mechanical fan.

I really like electric fans. I think there's a lot of advantages to them. So, get rid of the water pump mounted fan.

If you mount the fan directly to the core, you'll only pull air through the core directly under the fan. That's probably only about 50% of the core. You lose a lot of efficiency below 40-50mph or so.

A good shroud with a properly fitting electric fan will draw air through the entire core. Much more efficient. Why spend money on a big radiater, and then only use half of it?
