Default spark plug issue

my car had a spark plug gap of 37 on my old spark plugs what gap should it be on on a 93 mustang with gt40 intake and a mild cam

It depends on what brand spark plug you have. The plug is gapped right when the ground electrode ( the part of the plug you bend to set the gap) is at a perfect 90 degree angle and parallel to the center electrode. I have ngk plugs and the gap is .040 The end of the ground electrode should not tip up ( to wide) or tip down ( to close) Have a nice day.
