Default 302 RUNNING LEAN

MY CAR IS RUNNING LEAN WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS I REALLY DONT KNOW THE HISTORY OF THE CAR BUT WHERE CAN I START TO TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Check pressure then change the filter. But you can also check for 02 codes at diagnostics port.

Ok captain caps-lock, how do we know its running lean? what timing are you running, what is the shape of the wires/plug/cap/rotor, have you pulled codes on it?

about the caps lock i was at work and thats all we use there,i was told by a few ppl that it smells like im running lean and am not getting any codes on the dash would i have to hook something up to get the codes? the wires/plugs/cap/rotors look good the spark plugs are gapped at .44 how can i check my timing

my fuel pressure is at 36 with the car on a cold start what should it be at?and should i check it with the car on or off also warm or cold im new to this as you can tell

fuel pressure sounds good, your plugs are gapped too close should be .54 and yes you can have fault codes without the dash light being on, just google (or search) how to read codes

So there's not actually anything wrong with it then? It runs fine, no codes etc? But...someone told you it "smells" lean? You need to go to that person, and slap their *****.

And what car is this on? The 05 you list? It doesn't have a cap or rotor.
