i have a 89 5.0 that i have put victor jr heads on everything is wired correctly i have double checked everything, firing order. valves, wiring harness vaccume lines and intake for leaks. car ran perfect before now it will not idle and has a miss on cyl 5 thru 8 but runs good at wide open throtle, plugs 5 thru 8 are black and 1 thru 4 look perfect please help if you can

what firing order are you using ?

did you check that TDC was on compression b4 re-stabbing the dizzy ?

the firing order im using is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 and when i put the dist. back in i had #1 piston on tdc
