Default roller rockers

Question the roller rockers on a 93 are they ajustable to where they can be to tight that it would leave the valve a little open and the compression would be low. The reason im asking is cuz my car has all good compression on one side and low on the other side. And alot of people tell me thats kinda weird.

adjustable no, improperly installed yes.

on that cylinder just redo both valves.... as the vale is closing keep turning the crank by hand (or bump with a jumper wire) til the other valve just starts to open. then prime the lifters with a 1/4" socket til you get oil squirting out of the rockers. at that point you can spin the pushrod while tightening the rocker nut by hand. when it just starts to bind, crank it down to 18-20 ft/lbs. but use a tq wrench that reads in/lbs. and go to 220-240. count the turns as you get that torque though. if it's less than a 1/2 turn or more than 1 1/4 you need shims or new pushrods

Did you modify it or did it just start missing?

It just started missing after a change of intake and distributor. It was done by some mechanic. We found low compression, and the timing off. But im trying to figure any thing that could be possibly wrong before I take the heads off.

He didn't set the timing after putting a disbritor in....I never would use him again.

Really though, I don't see why the intake would have affected the rockers since the valve covers don't need to be removed to do that swap.
