i currently have a edelbrock performer intake should i just port it or is there a better intake for my setup in my sig.

With those cams you want something with a shorter runner length! A tfs trackheat or performer rpm! Also with the stage 2 cam u want to do the spring upgrade.

already in the plans going with springs with .600 max lift the same ones in the track heat heads its the ones summit recommended to me

Yes. Equal to the trackheat. But the trickflow runners are way higher quality ive used both brands. I hand to port match my vic 5.0 to my heads were as the r series my friend used matched dead on! Thats a great thing about tfs products.
