Default New Fox Rear End Help (Pictures)

I bought an 87 fox and it has a 5 bolt and disc swap in the rear. The trouble is that I need to get my handbrake working again for a safety check. Long story short is I need to know what kind of calipers/rear end swap was done. The previous owner did not do the work, so he does not know either. There is surface rust on the brakes from sitting in my driveway as I was away for 5 months of winter. Here are some photos of the caliper and disc brakes as well as the rear end.

I have searched the whole rear end along the axle housing and there are no tags... ANY help would be appreciated guys.. I need to find out what kind of calipers these are!?

There are also 2 numbers on the caliper.. don't know what they mean or what to do with them:

107788 KH on the top edge and 9080 D1 on the bottom edge

12 inch dia. and 1 inch thick DISC
