Stock fuel pressure?

Stock fuel pressure?
What is the stock fuel pressure for a 91 GT 5.0? I checked my fuel pressure earlier and I think it is reading low. When I first turn the key to let the fuel pump up it only goes to 27 PSI. When I turn the key off the fuel pressure drops to zero within maybe 5 seconds.
With the car running it is at only 32 PSI and sometimes idles rough. If I rev it up the fuel pressure drops to around 20-25 PSI.
I already replaced the fuel filter a few weeks back so that isn't it. Would this be a fuel pump or regulator or is this normal pressure?

fuel pressure at idle should be around 32PSI. Remove the vac line from the FPR and it should raise to ~39PSI.
If your fuel pressure is dropping off too rapidly, it could be a sign that the hose that connects the pump to the sending unit has a split in it... OR, your pump is on its way out. Either way, if you dont have a aftermarket pump... you should get a 255lph walbro, which comes with a new hose.
