Convertible Top issues
 

I'm taking off the backseat over the weekend to get to fun parts of my '89 Vert.

This is my first vert, so this is all foreign to me...what should I be looking for that may be causing the issue?

If it turns out it's as simple as low fluid, what is recommended for these cars?
