Default Water in Headlights?

So, a while back I bought a new set of headlights, and recently everytime it rains water is getting into one of the main lamps and it looks like an aquarium afterward. I pretty much siphon the water out each time, it's getting annoying and I'm not sure what the problem is.

I've got the rubber stripping around it, but I'm either thinking that something is cracked or I haven't sealed it correctly? But if it's not sealed correctly, then how would it be in only one of the lamps?

Help?

The rubber seal doesnt seal the light. The lights are glued together. You can take and drill a small hole in the bottom of the light to drain the water or replace the light.

They weren't exactly cheap.

Anyways, besides drilling the hole is it possible to find said leak and seal it with silicone or something?

I just don't wanna buy another headlight, I'm broke as it is. And I don't exactly want to drill a hole as I just want the water to stop coming in entirely.

Thanks for the help thus far, sorry for the pestering, I'll probably have more in the future. Teehee.

take the lights back out and look at the seam joining the two halves, between the clear front and grey back, thats where it leaks. simple fix is to take a hot glue gun and put a bead of hot glue on the seam all the way around on both headlights, when the hot glue dries, it blends right in with the clear plastic and you can hardly notice it. The aftermarket headlight makers only spot glue the two halves together. my headlights would fog up after washing the car and i found it was the poorly glued seam letting the water in.
