Also what differential rear gear should i run on a 600-700 hp 460 based big block ive been told from 3.55's to 4.10's could some one tell me what would be best.

will it see the street at all or is it all race?

It will see the street the motor is going to be a 700 hp 510 on 93 octane pump gas. It will be more street than strip.

Then stick with a lower # gear. Probably the 4.10 would be your best bet. You can always adjust the gear ratio with tire size too. If it were a race only car, the 4.10 would be WAY small.
