Default tranny leak

Hey folks. I just bought a 95 gt and the guy said it needed a tranny (auto) .when I got it home there wasn't any fluid on the lipstick. Fluid is dripping from the rubber groomed on the bottom of the bellhousing , so it the front seal or the drain plug on the torque converter. And yes I've searched over and over. So what do yall think. Is it likely the front deal is gone

its more likely that the trans has been run too low on fluid afew too many times, and will need a rebuild. Good Luck
