Are you running a by-pass valve? You need to have one! I know the earlier PD kits did not include one. If your car runs fine when you take the blower belt off it is an air flow issue. If you have a by-pass valve installed then it is more than likely your mass air meter. Position and proximity to the blower play an important part.
