Default How to test Injector Pulse?

I am trying to test my injector pulse with a test light, When I have key on engine off, I stab a wire (Either wire) on the injector, it lights up. If I turn engine over it stays lit but no flash.. What am I looking for and why do both wires light the light?

12v power to the injectors should be constant once the key is on. The PCM cycles the ground circuit to fire them, as the engine spins. If you can find a way to use the negative end of your test light and affix it to the other wire, it should flash. Otherwise head to your local autozone and rent a noid light set.
